THE RESMIX SYSTEM

The Resmix range featuring the 1000, 3000 and 5000 are very efficient water mixers.
They cost from $1.80 a day to service a small lake or town reservoir, to $9.60 a day
to maintain huge water catchment areas / dams.
This equates to more that twenty times less cost and energy use than conventional methods.

The water in dams and deep lakes naturally forms thermal layers.

The result can be mineral rich layers, or blooms of blue green algae. As a result, the water has to be subjected to expensive chemical treatment before it is safe to drink. The traditional fix is to jet compressed air into the reservoir to break up the layers. This is expensive to install and operate, however, and it is not a realistic option for small, regional water authorities.

The Wears solution? The Resmix Mixer, a floating propeller that gently pushes water from the surface down to break up the layers. The system is cheap, easy to install and uses about one twentieth of the power of conventional solutions. Water quality starts to improve in days, and, to date, there have been no more blue green algal blooms in dams or reservoirs using these mixers.

The Resmix Mixers can also be run on Solar Power for use in remote ares where mains power would be too costly to install.
